ScreenSavvy started as an idea to help people be more present in their lives, and it has grown into an answer to a problem many of us share: digital addiction. As we explored it, we realized that the way to make a real difference was to start at the root, with social media. Social media can be an amazing tool, but it can also quietly cost us our focus, our presence and our well-being, because it is designed to keep us scrolling.
